Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Spreelo, a platform for social media planning, AI-assisted content creation, approval, scheduling and publishing for businesses.
Last updated: August 19, 20261. About Spreelo
Spreelo provides tools that help businesses plan, create, review, schedule and publish content to supported social media platforms.
Features may include website and product analysis, AI-generated text and images, social media account connections, content scheduling, customer approval workflows and automated publishing.
Spreelo is intended primarily for businesses and professional users and is not intended for personal or household use.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using Spreelo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you use Spreelo on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
You must not allow unauthorized persons to access your account or use Spreelo for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity results from a security failure for which Spreelo is responsible.
4. Connecting social media accounts
Spreelo may allow you to connect accounts from third-party social media platforms. When you connect an account, you authorize Spreelo to use the permissions you approve for the purpose of providing the requested functionality.
This may include identifying an account or page, preparing content for that destination and publishing content after the required approval has been given.
Your use of a connected social media platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms, policies, technical restrictions and community guidelines.
Spreelo is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms, including API changes, account restrictions, outages, content moderation decisions or removal of functionality.
5. Content creation and approval
Spreelo may generate suggested text, images, videos, campaigns and other content using artificial intelligence and automated systems.
Generated content may contain errors or may not always be suitable for your business. You are responsible for reviewing content before approving it for publication.
Customer approval is an important part of the Spreelo workflow. Content that requires approval is not intended to be published until the applicable approval step has been completed.
By approving content, you confirm that you have reviewed it and authorize Spreelo to schedule or publish that content to the selected connected social media accounts.
6. Your content and materials
You retain ownership of content and materials that you provide to Spreelo, including business information, product information, images, logos and other uploaded material.
You grant Spreelo a limited right to process, store, reproduce and transmit such materials only as reasonably necessary to provide and improve the service.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content, images, trademarks, product information or other materials that you provide to Spreelo.
7. AI-generated content
Some Spreelo features use third-party artificial intelligence services. AI-generated results may vary and cannot be guaranteed to be unique, error-free or suitable for every purpose.
You should independently review important factual claims, prices, product details, legal statements and other information before publication.
Spreelo may implement automated checks and safeguards intended to improve accuracy, but such checks do not replace your own review and approval.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use Spreelo to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of another person;
- publish fraudulent, misleading, unlawful or malicious content;
- distribute malware or harmful code;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to Spreelo or another user’s account;
- interfere with or overload Spreelo’s systems or infrastructure;
- circumvent technical restrictions, usage limits or security mechanisms;
- use Spreelo in a way that violates the rules of a connected social media platform.
9. Subscriptions, plans and payments
Some Spreelo features require a paid subscription or usage credits. The applicable price, billing interval, included usage and plan limitations are shown when you purchase or change a plan.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled.
Usage limits, credits and included features may vary between plans. Certain AI, image, video or publishing functions may consume credits or be subject to separate technical limits.
Spreelo may change prices or plan contents in the future. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated before they take effect where required.
10. Cancellation and account deletion
You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the options available in your Spreelo account or by contacting us.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally create a right to a refund for a billing period that has already started, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
You may request deletion of your Spreelo account and personal data. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
11. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep Spreelo reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, internet failures, third-party outages, social media platform changes, API restrictions or other events may temporarily affect availability or publishing.
We may add, modify or remove features where reasonably necessary to develop, secure or operate the service.
12. Third-party services
Spreelo relies on third-party providers for functions such as hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, artificial intelligence, media processing and social media publishing.
Third-party services are subject to their own terms and availability. Spreelo cannot guarantee that a third-party service or integration will remain available indefinitely.
13. Intellectual property
Spreelo and its software, design, branding, interfaces, documentation and underlying technology are owned by Spreelo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Spreelo’s software, trademarks or other intellectual property to you.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access to Spreelo if reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users or third parties, or if we reasonably believe that these Terms, applicable law or platform rules have been materially violated.
Where appropriate, we will attempt to provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before terminating an account.
15. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spreelo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities or losses caused by third-party social media services.
Spreelo does not guarantee specific results such as increased sales, followers, engagement, reach or revenue from content created or published using the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims arising from content or materials you provide, your misuse of Spreelo, or your violation of these Terms or applicable third-party rights.
17. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Spreelo, applicable law or third-party requirements.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where appropriate, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to the competent Swedish courts, subject to any mandatory rules that apply.
